I need help gaining entry level IT employment

I need help gaining entry level IT employment in the North KY or Cincinnati, OH area. I live in West KY and there are absolutely NO job opportunities around here. I recently graduated with a B.S. in TSM (Telecommunications Systems Management). My area of emphasis was in Wireless, Networking and Security. I do not have any IT industry experience. However I have worked with computers for approx. 18 years. I have extensive knowledge and experience working with Windows 95, 98, 2000, XP, Vista, and 7. I have extensive experience with MS Office Suite 2003, 2007, and 2010. I also have worked with MS Windows 2003 and 2008 with Active Directory in college computer labs. I have knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, HTML, SMTP, and WINS as well. I have also used Microsoft Exchange, Project, SQL, and Visio in college computer labs as well. I would appreciate any help that anyone could give me. I am available immediately and could relocate ASAP.

Thank You,
