Young guys providing the offense.
That HR from Mesoraco was startling -- plus fastball up and in and he turns on it. I don't think I've been as surprised by a home run based on the pitch as by that one, all year. You're talking elite ability to turn on a pitch.

Homer with another hit. Now 3-3. Average up to .297
Reds lead 5-2 in the bottom of the 6th. Bailey with 106 pitches on the night. Hopefully that is it for the evening. |
