Cincinnati Home in Kenwood Area for Sale
All,
Normally I wouldn't post something like this on here, but my wife and I recently bought a new home, and we need to sell ours ASAP. It's a two story single family home within walking distance from the Kenwood Town Center. It has three bedrooms, one bathroom and an unfinished basement. There are hardwood floors and carpeting throughout, along with a deck overlooking a good size, fenced-in backyard. We will be leaving all appliances, and this home would particularly appeal to a first time homebuyer or those with a small family.
