Far be it for me to be a Pete Rose defender, but this is probably nothing. If he's really having financial problems, I think we'll hear about more substantial lawsuits against him. This could mean that Pete is contesting his bill or that he's just a disorganized person.

I just chatted with him in Vegas about two weeks ago. Had a nice ten minute conversation regarding Theo, Votto and attendance. He was in good spirits. I love the guy regardless of his faults.
