Chris Joyce is rehabbing in Arizona before rejoining the Blaze. Nick Travieso was assigned to Arizona as well.

Re: 2012 Minor League Transactions

Scott Carroll was released late Sunday night. Hopefully my brother can get back on track with another team. He was just too inconsistent this year.

I enjoyed my time here, take care guys.

Thanks, Mike. One of the aspects that makes this board so worthwhile is the periodic input from people close to the situation. We appreciate that. Here's hoping that it works out for the best for Scott.

Re: 2012 Minor League Transactions

Reds not really happy with the the way the Billy Hamilton / Didi announcement went public before Riggleman could tell Didi in person. Didi was told that he may have been traded or called up Friday by a Wahoos employee. Players go to kangoroo court if they ask a manager or coach about their status so Didi had to wait 3 days.

Sounds sloppy. Happens in the corporate world too.

Anytime I get insider info, I make it a point to keep it on the down low. Otherwise, you won't be able to hear the news so quickly in the future. I hope the people involved in letting this leak have learned from it.

What's the fun in having insider info if you can't share it on Redszone

I realize message boards are intended to be text-based p***ing contests, but I get a bigger kick out of sitting in a corner and watching people just be flat-out wrong.

Edit:
The asterisks are supposed to be the letter 'e'. This isn't masked profanity.
