May 5, Minor League updates.
The Bats shut out on 4 hits. 3 by sluggers Chad Reinicke, Miguel Rojas and Kris Negron (Soto had the other).

Is Sulbaran a potential future TOR level starting pitcher, if he pans out?

El'Hajj Muhammad made his first appearance of the season tonight for Dayton, pitching a scoreless inning, and so did some dude I'd never heard of named Ryan Kiel, who was a late-round draft choice of the Mariners in 2010, out of Marshall.

Puckett and Dat Dude's brother homered in Pensacola's 4-0 victory. Justin Freeman relieved Sulbaran for the final two innings.

Re: May 5, Minor League updates.
Two errors by Devin Lohman led to a couple unearned runs against Sharky Rogers in the first, but Juan Duran's 2-run HR in the bottom of the inning tied it for Bakersfield. BTW, Hamilton is still on leave, but Bryson Smith, leading off in his stead, singled and stole second.
