Re: 5/16/12 - Reds at Mets
What a bonehead play by Votto that will probably cost us the game.

Losing baseball. Sorry. Been watching baseball for 35 years and not negative but it is what it is.

This team is painful to watch. One mistake routinely costs them games, like tonight.

I really don't know what Joey was thinking on that play.

Mets squeeze bunt. 3-1 Mets. Runner to third, 2 outs.

Can't get over that play at first. Just bad. Suicide squeeze perfect. Wow things rolling downhill.

Re: 5/16/12 - Reds at Mets
This team has been a mediocre .500 baseball team since midway through 2010. It is what it is. Anyone expecting anything different out of this bunch will be waiting for a long time.
Win 2, lose 2, win 1, lose 2, win 3, lose 3, win 1, lose 1, win 1, lose 1 ... And on and on and on. Lather, rinse, repeat ... |

Re: 5/16/12 - Reds at Mets
Why not walk the 8 hole hitter? This offense is putrid and you have to play to prevent the run.

.238/.302/.389
I'm sick of the "it's early" stuff. This mediocrity is not new. We're going on 200+ games of .500 ball. |

Re: 5/16/12 - Reds at Mets
Joey should feel like crap after that play. Cost us 2 runs. Time to get those back boys.

Re: 5/16/12 - Reds at Mets
Pretty confident in pen at this point. Any confident this team can score 3 runs in the last third of this game?

It's possible.
