Thursday 5/17/2012 Minor League Updates
Louisville trails 2 zip early. Tomko vs. Thompson. Cody Puckett playing 2b for the Bats. Phipps on the 7-day DL. Negron in center. Corky leads off the third with a double.

Johnson actually getting some run support tonight. Dragons up 2-0 after 2.5. Still no hits allowed by Johnson.

Bats tied at 2 at after 5. 6 hits so far by 6 seperate Bats. Only 3 hits allowed by Tomko.

Sulbaran struggling in the bottom of the first. He struck out the first batter of the game, and then allowed back to back singles.

Johnson is now finished with a very encouraging return: 5 IP, 3 H, 1 R, 1 BB, 1 K. Dragons lead 2-1 in the sixth.

Unfortunately, James Allen gave up the entire lead in the bottom of six allowing a three run bomb. The Dragons got one back in the top of the seventh, but still trail 4-3 after 7. Only five hits in seven innings for the Dragons.

Blue Wahoos up 4 3 in the bottom of the fourth despite a very shaky outing from JC Sulbaran. He has allowed 3 earned in 3 and 2/3.
