Stubbs Votto Phillips Bruce Heisey Cairo Mesoraco Leake Bruce back, Frazier gets a day off. Cairo is 4 for 5 against Rockies starter Jeremy Guthrie so it's no mystery why Frazier has the day off. |

Dont know why Heisey is playing after his awful AB's last night.... Cairo is a career 4-5 of off Guthrie though

I suspect a slugfest tonight. Hot air, GAB. Votto paces the Reds with 2 Hr's and Bruce breaks his bat over his head in frustration.

The two wildcards tonight are Leake and Bruce. Leake comes off his best start of the year by far and Bruce comes back from watching the game last night on the bench.
With hot how it is, I'm guessing Leake goes 5 2/3, 4ER Bruce goes 1 for 4 with an RBI. |
