Yeah, it was legit. Sort of like traveling in the NBA or 3 seconds in basketball in general. It's almost never called and typically only when blatant. Angel is one of those umpires who comes to the ballpark to put on his own show.

You know, if they ever did some sort of radical realignment in MLB, the Reds and Tigers would seem like perfect natural division rivals.
