Yeah, but sometimes you give a guy confidence by taking him out after he's already got a solid performance in the bank. If the lead was more than 1, I'd have no problem with sending him back for the eighth until a guy reached base.

Fair point btw. Every guy is different, and they need different types of motivation. I'll trust Dusty on knowing his players.
