Well I blame Thom for that, that was hardly a sure DP ball.

To clarify, it should have been a DP, but I feel like Thom always proclaims "THAT SHOULD END THE INNING" or makes similar calls and half the time the opposite happens.

It looked like Molina was running on the pitch to me, and he disrupted Phillips.

BP hesitated and the baserunner prevented the DP with an attack slide.

The hesitation cost BP. Not lethargy IMO, just a mistake.

I actually thought Phillips just couldn't get it out of his glove, I'm not sure it had much to do with Molina.

Unless there was a double steal attempt I missed, there was a guy on 2nd preventing Molina going.
