Re: 7/30/12 - Reds vs Padres
Devin was just gesturing with his hand and the ump moved into it. That's cheap.

Re: 7/30/12 - Reds vs Padres
Fox Trax had the ball just off the plate. Frustration for Devin there, but I appreciate that. That's what winning teams do IMO.

Just one example of a touching suspension. I can live with 3 games. Thats one start for Devin if timed right. I was afraid for a second Mes was going to pummel the ump. |

6th walk. With this umps strike zone this game may last all night.

Re: 7/30/12 - Reds vs Padres
At some point you gotta get Simon out of the. You can't let this go to 15 runs. It is curious as to why neither pitcher could throw strikes.

Mes didn't even bump him. The ump walked into his arm.

Fairchild walked into Mes gesturing. That was cheap.

Re: 7/30/12 - Reds vs Padres
Crowd giving the Bronx cheer to the ump when he calls a strike. I love it.
This is all ok, if they lose, the streak had to end soon anyway. And you don't want a long streak going when the Bucs series happens this weekend. Don't need the pressure of a streak. Mes may lose a few games on a suspension, but he doesn't catch that much anyway. This is all ok. |

Yes, he was pointing at something and he walked into it. Don't think it matters, though. You touch, you're suspended.

This game has a loooooooooooooooooong way to go when you consider Volquez is pitching and how small the zone is.

Re: 7/30/12 - Reds vs Padres
Still bull. Ump walked into his point then got overly upset. Toss him, fine for arguing balls. Not a suspension. Doesn't matter as he only catches 2 pitchers, but still probably a raw deal. Either way, I LOVE it. Mes shoots way up in my book.

Re: 7/30/12 - Reds vs Padres
Dang. I had JUST turned off the game when I saw that Meso went off. Wish I would have seen it.
What went down? Just a ball call and Meso turn around and give the business?

Re: 7/30/12 - Reds vs Padres
Normally I would feel a 9-3 deficit is game over. But I get a feeling this is gonna be a wild ride.
