Me too. I think he's only at 94 pitches. Latos has a bulldog attitude and he really has a fire in his belly...when he pitches nobody WANTS to win more than him. I really like that.

Hanigan robbed of a single that was deep in the hole but Barmes gets it and throws him out.

He wasn't robbed of anything. Hanigan is painfully slow. Good play by SS, but most players would have been safe.

Key here is to avoid facing the middle of the Bucs' order again. If Latos allows a couple baserunners, have to consider the Nasty Boys.

As you said, since most players are safe I consider Hanigan robbed. Perhaps robbed by the Gods of speed.

Alvarez singles up the middle. Bodies up in the pen.

Barajas pops up to first.

McKenry hitting for Barmes

bloop single to center. looked like an out for sure. 2 on, 1 out.

Re: 8/3/12 - Reds vs. Pirates

Not sure what happened there. Stubbs didn't get any kind of jump on that ball.

Re: 8/3/12 - Reds vs. Pirates

I'd give Latos this batter, but have Brox ready for Cutch.
