When you are struggling as much as we are, it's nice to get a win.

Tons of red shirts and hats in the stands at Wrigley today - watching the last few innings on WGN.

I will have to sleep on this, but right now I say bringing in this fellow Russell was the worst managerial move in the history of baseball. And I was here for Bob Boone and that dope who now coaches for the Brewers.

To those that still want Chapman to start...consider that we'd get to see that only once every fifth game.

Re: Reds vs. Cubs Saturday 8/11
The way Ludwick has taken off, the thoughts of Votto/Ludwick as the 3/4 hitters sounds mighty fine.
Then if Dusty would move BP to the leadoff, Joey might actually have some people on in front of him and see good pitches also. |

Re: Reds vs. Cubs Saturday 8/11
So many Reds fans at the game yesterday
You'd have thought we're at home and not playing away By the 8th and the 9th there was no blue in sight Then assembled at Sluggers where Reds fans could play. A thank you to all who made the trip To watch the Red Legs score 4 off 12 hits The cubbies they said it is never this red As our lead in the Central tightens its grip.
