Cairo shouldn't be even sniffing the starting lineup if Rolen is at 3. Frazier is young enough to handle these duties.

Re: 8/20/2012 Reds at Phillies
Spot on. Sometimes I think this board is happiest when we're in last place. It seems very hard to get some people to look at the positives.

I'm trying to interject some humor. It's only 1 game. We'll get'em tomorrow.

Today's game is disappointing because I thought if we could get to Halladay, we would win. We got to Hallday and had a lead, but it doesn't look like we're going to get close to winning.

Re: 8/20/2012 Reds at Phillies
This has become my least favorite place for the Reds to play. Pittsburgh is right there.
A lot of it stems back to when I ran the Reds Network (when the Reds sucked) and it seemed like every lengthy, god awful rain delay, happened in that state of Pennsylvania.

Re: 8/20/2012 Reds at Phillies
True. Fortunately, there's probably only about a 3% chance of that happening.

That's why I don't get how so many people think the Reds winning the division is a slam dunk. It's really not at this point.

Re: 8/20/2012 Reds at Phillies
Has to be some concern by the team about Leake and Bailey, but Leake has some good starts in his last four, but Bailey has none. Combined, they've pitched 42.2 innings, allowed 63 hits and 33 runs in their last four starts.
