He pitched well in that game in 2010, but he didn't start it. Not to insinuate he wouldn't have pitched well if he did, but I think there is a notable difference in starting a game and coming in when your team is already behind.
That being said, I'd feel comfortable giving Homer the ball in the postseason this year. Especially on the road. |
