I love Costas however I think what's overlooked is Smoltz at color commentary. Costas and Smoltz calls one of the best games I've seen on the MLB Network.

Class A Inland Empire 66er's have offered Costas their PBP job for the 2013 season. I doubt he takes it but the article wondered if someday Costas would go the Dick Enberg route and latch onto to a team for a few seasons at the end of his career.
