Will JJ Hoover still be considered a rookie in 2013?
He pitched 30.2 innings (28 games) during his first season in the Bigs this past season. Will he still be considered a rookie in 2013 or is he past the cutoff now?

He spent more than 45 days on the major league roster prior to September he's no longer a Rookie.
