Agreed. Swisher seems like a complimentary player with the "old player skill-set" that could result in an earlier decline. I do like the versatility he brings, both as a switch hitter and with his ability to handle multiple defensive positions. And, of course, you have to like his on-base skill, but given his career slash line of .256/.361/.467, it doesn't seem like he'll have to decline much for the Tribe to regret this deal.
