Latos on the hill today for the Redlegs.

I just flipped it on in time to see Joey absolutely ANNIHILATE a ball into right center. It left the ballpark.

More on Joey's moonshot:

Darvish had thrown a big looping curve in there for a strike earlier in the count. After two more pitches he tried it again. Darvish was talking to Joey all the way around the bases and laughing. I mean, it was almost obscene how far he hit it. That knee seems to be doing alright to me.

I'm a little late on this, but what was that little "shush" move Votto did after he ran the bases? Looked like he put his finger up to his mouth and looked at the crowd.

The announcers didn't address it. I couldn't tell you. I'd love to find out, though.
