He wants DRob's speed in the outfield because Arroyo throws a fair number of fly balls.

Subtext - with Choo in center need some speed in the corners for a fly ball pitcher.

I think the Pirates propensity to hit batters with pitched balls contributed to BP's ineffective hitting recently.

Hopefully he is healthy and will get those numbers up.

Unlike some of the rest of these guys, I think there is hope for Frazier as a hitter.

He just needs to wait a tad longer on the outside pitch and either let it pass or poke it to right.

I think he can do it. But he has to adjust.

That time he takes a good curve for strike three. Inning over.

At this point I have ZERO confidence that Cozie will even bring someone in from third. I'd have done the same thing...seem like better odds to me. :(

Yea, he's only on pace for 120 or so RBIs, so I can see why you wouldn't want him up there with the bases juiced.
