This lineup makes me happy. It is insane how much one player can change a lineup, and yes I understand Ludwick may be very bad the next couple weeks or even the rest of the season.

It's Ludwick. He refers to all of his teammates as Brothers quite often and loudly, hence the nickname. ;)

Starting to think we should just bunt the No. 2 man when Choo gets on with less than two outs. It's horrible strategy generally, but when your No. 2 hitters are a collective .227/.275/.336 with 14 GIDPs, you may as well just give Votto opportunities. Every guy Dusty has hit there has been garbage. It's uncanny, it defies both scouting and statistical logic.

Not sure if this has been mentioned but I like Chris Welsh a lot better on the radio with Marty than I do Jeff Brantley. I'd much rather have Brantley as the TV analyst and Welsh as the second PBP guy on the radio...

Do you think that Brantley has it in his contract that he has to be on TV so many times a year? And or Welsh has it in his contract about being on the radio?

I agree Welsh is solid on the radio. Brantley is better with the back and forth of a play-by-play guy, unlike radio where he has the mike all by himself for 2 innings.

Marty does the first and second innings, then his partner (Cowboy, Thom, Kelch, or Chris) does the third and fourth. Marty then returns for the fifth and sixth, and his partner takes the seventh. Marty then finishes the eighth and ninth innings.

I'm not sure about the rotation for extra innings.

do you all think it's time for Frazier in the off season to work on a more conventional stance while batting? His current batting style is not working so well.

I mean...the most successful hitters are all pretty similar when the ball is being pitched and they are starting their swing.
