He died yesterday, chalk it up to 2013!

Uncle Phil was always like the Rich Uncle in Beverly Hills that was willing to take me off the "streets" that I never had :) Actually, I always enjoyed catching him in other shows, he was a likable character and played off Will & Carlton's characters well.
