As far as the lineup goes, it doesn't matter. The REDS are hitting better than any team in the NL for the last nine games. They're in a groove. Any lineup that Price would throw out there right now is going to succeed tonight.

I can't remember what poster said this, but he/she was absolutely correct: This team is seemingly doing a better job this season of scoring without hitting a home run. I'm not sure if the stats show that's the case or not, but from watching every game, it sure feels that way. And it's good to see. They're playing much better situational baseball for the most part.

if everyone responds that way it wouldn´t work... you don´t defend your teammates if you start a hbp duel. if you go after someone intentionnaly and the other team will respond again => your goal to save your teammates failed, in fact you made it worse
