Did Bruce seem to tweak his knee on Ludwick's double?

When I watched the replay again, he was holding his left knee while standing on the third base bag.

Here is the replay if you want to see it, watch Bruce fool around with his left knee while standing on 3B, after Ludwick's 2B.

Price would have had to fill out a whole new line-up card if he didn't bat Heisey in the four-spot.

Never seen a Reds team so struck by injuries. Hopefully this is nothing serious with Bruce, but I'm starting to feel snakebit. We could use him out there instead of Heisey against Lohse. Oh well, let's win this series and hope Jay is fine.

Chapman, Latos, Cingrani, Mesoraco, Marshall, Schumaker, Bruce ... absolutely unbelievable the bad luck we've had so far this year. But the Reds are still hanging in there.

If everyone keeps waiting for the Simon regression to come........well, no pitcher is as good as he has been pitching.

The 1993 and 1989 teams had way more injuries...... and to some really good players.

Only difference is the depth at the minors for both those teams was horrific.

1989

Rolando Roomes
Luis Quinones
Jeff Richardson
Scott Madison

Starters at LF, 2B, SS and 3B for more than half the season or close to it.

1993

Keith Kessinger
Glenn Tubbs? Somebody Tubbs
Randy Milligan

A cast of terrible and below average.

Don't get me wrong I don't need a conviction. If all the details come out from all sides and I think Simon is as guilty as I think Roethlisberger is I will want no part of Simon on our Reds team.
