I don't have many inviolate rules in baseball.

But not hitting Heisey and Cozart back-to-back would be one of them.

I do like Votto hitting cleanup very much, it's like Price telling Votto to cut the nonsense and drive the ball. Hope it works.

As for Pena second, it concerns me about the DP, but it's worth a try if he's feeling healthy again.

But if Pena hits into a double play, it means Phillips can't.

I like managers who mix it up so I'm down with this lineup considering the options of available players.

Hopefully Price will keep mixing it up when Rocco gets back and puts him at least 5th.

I suppose we could always move Cozart back to the #2 spot. That would alleviate the issue of he and Heisey hitting back to back. ;)

With the options available, not really sure where else to put Heisey.

As far as Pena goes, he's OPSing at .896 currently. I'm glad to see an early spot in the lineup where he'll get more ABs.

The Tunda contest reminds me of something similar that is used by the Lexington Legends at the Class A level. They have a window frame set up out in right center and if a ball flies through it, some lucky fan wins free windows. I wonder what the odds are of a ball ever finding its way through that small window frame, but I imagine they are pretty astronomical.

WHY!?! Why bunt?!?

If you want to get him to third...let him STEAL IT! Schumaker's been killing the ball. I like his chances of getting the run in.

Hopefully the little pepper'll get it done.

Schumaker can't hit left handers.

Go ahead and look at a hitter closely next at bat and tell me what he's looking at. I'll give you a hint - it's not the catcher. Most batters don't even have the catchers in their eyesight for most of the at bat.
