Fact of the matter is Votto's been fairly pedestrian so far this season. I'd rather have Votto in than out but one game isn't going send this offense into a horrific slide...oh wait, they're already on one.

Hey, cut Heisey some slack. Dude got on base 3 out of 4 times last night. The lone bright spot it seemed.

Even as "pedestrian" as he's been he still 16th in the NL in OPS.

We'll she was born a Gilbert but her father was killed by a kamikaze before he ever saw her.

Then adopted by her mother's new husband when she remarried.

Brandon with a rocket down the 3rd base line. Bounces into center after it hits the wall. 2 bagger.

Tony Gwynn's stats are incredible. He only struck out 40 times in a season one time in his career. He averaged 29 K's and 679 plate appearances a year (Hitters like Bruce, R. Howard, M. Reynolds etc.. strike out 29 times in 2 weeks). Only hit less that .309 in 1 season...his 1st season (1982). He hit .289. Amazing

Anytime you're in the mood for nostalgic stats...dig deep into Ted's stats. I never got to see him, so I'm convinced that they're all fake. They're just not possible.

.344/.482/.634/1.116 That's an incredible stat line. But it's his CAREER numbers.

I remember when Roberto Hernandez (aka Fausto Carmona) faced the Reds a few years ago with the Indians and did a faceplant into the ground after he tripped over first. That was pretty funny.

Bastardo is a convicted PED user. He shouldn't be pitching in the majors, IMO.

That's why they call him Bastardo.
