I was at a AAA game last night, the Round Rock Express and the Nashville Sounds. There was a pitcher for the Sounds in the bullpen selling what looked like little medallions to kids. I couldn't quite make out what he was giving the kids but I clearly saw them reaching over the rail and handing him bills.
