Figured a new thread should be started to avoid any confusion considering there's a different lineup and pitcher than was scheduled yesterday.

Johnny Cueto toes the rubber for your Cincinnati Reds.

Let me first off say I totally agree with your criticism of the front office. They're slow to react in many instances, and it kills us.

However, Tom, and others like myself, aren't judging Boesch off of his small sample from this year. We're judging him based off of his career performance and track record. Which isn't really good. If the answer to your outfield prayers is Brennan Boesch, that's pretty bad. We're stuck with Bruce until Ervin or Winker is ready to come up.

Yep. And that's one of the big reasons the Reds struggle in interleague road games: Their bench is so consistently bad that they have to use some scrub as the DH.

Second one was clearly in the dirt too (well, if Byrd didn't swing at it).

PitchFx wasn't necessarily wrong. Looks like a ball to me.
