Said it before but I'd love to know who calls these pitches, if it's the dugout or the catcher, or if it's poor advanced scouting. Because whatever it is the Reds pitchers seem to throw hitters the exact pitches they shouldn't be throwing them.

I can't believe that was ruled a hit. Definitely an E5.

I used to think the Reds' scorers did a pretty good job with their rulings.

The issue is that he is a fly ball pitcher. Throwing in a home run paradise.

As I said when he was being given top ten prospect status in the Redszone poll.

Somewhere during the game it usually catches up to him.

That's pretty cool they allowed Suarez's mom to be the official scorer today.

That's two clear errors on him that were ruled hits. Almost as comical as this team.

Yeah but if he's going to lose his head when stuff doesn't go his way, that is a bad sign. It wouldn't make for a good reliever and he'll probably be pushed out of the rotation.

Tom Servo

I know it was done because it was one of the only open spots, but moving a questionable glove guy like Suarez to third where you can do a lot of damage always struck me as rather ill-advised. 2B is where he can do the least damage, but of course BP is the complicating factor there.

Lamb...I think he belongs in the bullpen, fooling guys with breaking stuff.
