What are you going to do, sit him on the bench until he can play it perfectly? Might be a little easier in the 1st 3-4 innings since LF is the sun field.

Ctrent tweeted that Price says Schebler/Duvall will start every day in LF/RF. Good.

He tweeted the opposite actually position wise, but Duvall the better fielder makes sense in RF which is what I think he meant anyway.

Duvall has a good arm while that's the weakest of Schebler's tools. Duvall in RF makes sense, just might take a bit to get used to the different angles

Hey, given this year, I throw him out there, no question. I'm just wondering what I can expect to see from him as I watch Reds games the rest of this year.

That's the main key with LF/RF decisions. They'll adjust to the other stuff. Pro athletes.

More likely that Barnhart has usurped the position from Mesoraco.

I look for Devin to be included as a sweetener in an offseason trade with an AL club.

If the fan grabbed the Reds logo on Joey's uniform he'd be escorted out and maybe charged with something minor.

It was 100% heat of the moment and Joey probably could've caught that ball regardless and that fan could've assisted him letting him know he had room and he'd catch him or whatever....but that literally never happens. I don't care that Joey chastised him, I like that passion and fire....but would like to see a slight nod, point or whatever to the fan saying it's all good. Just so we're clear on some math here.

Relievers usually pitch an inning. If a pitcher pitches three days in a row, that would be considered a lot.

Iglesias threw 3 innings Saturday.

You'd be throwing him out there on two days rest off 3 innings. With a young arm with shoulder issues, I don't see how you can do that.
