Wondering why Duvall is sitting against the lefty (Wood)?

Still, I think that lineup may get to Wood, who's just back from the DL.

I'm guessing Rocco, Schebler and Kivlehan have good nights.

Hamilton hasn't been hitting well lately so our offense should be fine, could use Duvall though. Defensively not having Hamilton hurts, these are still major leaguers so I expect them to catch fly balls regardless.

This game may be biggest mismatch of season.
Lefty Wood era under 2.
Wojo should be in AAA.
In LA.

Reds better hitters are lefty minus Cozart, Suarez and Duvall and Duvall is out.
Hamilton getting the night off.

This one could get very ugly.

The widespread outages, companies almost always know about. But single home outages or an outage just to one neighborhood, unless the company has implemented smart metering and uses it for outage tracking, they probably won't know until they get the phone call.

Has to be a reason why Tony was put in when he had to face a tough right handed hitter and Seeger, but I guess it doesn't matter.

Yet one of the best defensive outfielders on the planet was still parked on the bench. So whose fault is that?

Of course, Billy would not have been in LF. But having Billy in the game would strengthen both corners, as Schebler would move to his more familiar RF and Kivlehan would be an upgrade in LF. Additionally, both corners could shade toward the lines, as Billy can cover the ground in the alleys.

Lefty bat hitting a tailing liner to LF? An incredibly difficult play for Scooter who gave it everything. Not convinced 5 LF in MLB make that play as Scooter was way closer to LF line than expected as ball was pitched. Love to see the StatCast first step and catch probability. I think Duvall makes that play 1/2 of the time.

Blue dot is the Seager hit. It's in the outer third of the zone. If you want to argue around the margins I suppose you can but it was not grooved down the middle.
