Why didn't the Reds reshuffle the rotation to have Bailey leading off the 2nd half? Would that have left enough rest? I'm pretty sure it would have.

Something like Bailey, Feldman/Castillio either way about, Adleman, Romano would have been a nice way to start.

Jim Day and Chris Welsh are trolling the Brennamans something fierce. They are discussing Anthony Rendon's WAR stat. Chris then says that maybe in the future they could have the fans vote an All-Star Team to go against an All-WAR Team. Jim Day then says they could get the Brennamans to spearhead that plan.

I know it's been mentioned already, but traditionally the ASB allows you to reset your rotation.

From the top down.

Beginning after the break with Adleman, who is the #4 or #5 starter on the team is, well, different.

And against the Nats, to boot.

I guess it's a rebuilding thing, because it certainly isn't a "win the most games" thing.

The schedule for July doesn't get very soft either - 7 against the Marlins is the only breather and they are playing better than the Reds. 4 Nationals, 3 DBacks, 1 Indians, 2 Yankees. I'll give then 4-3 against the Fish and only 2-8 against the rest of those teams. 6-11 to end July and I feel that's being generous

I hate to think we could be rooting for a draft pick once again but the rotation even with Bailey and Castillo helping out only looks better than horrible, not good.
