Game time is 4:10. We are back to Kivelhan at third. Turner gets a rare start too. Winker if RF is good, I like that.

Hate the lineup...but does it really matter at this point?

Speaking of things that don't matter...hopping for RBI #100 from Votto tonight. I like thresholds for some reason. Same goes for Duvall, but that's looking very unlikely.

Unlikely shot for Votto for 40 HR's for Votto too! That would be awesome....

Romano was already over 100 pitches and yet, Price left him in On the 113th or 114th pitch, after he had already walked a batter after getting hit on the rump, he pulls him too late which is a pattern we've seen. What in the wild, wild world of sports is in that guy's brain.

Billy H. now has 59 stolen bases with 3 games to play (assuming Billy won't get another AB today). Dee Gordon has 57 and has 4 games to play. Billy better get on base a few more times this weekend.

Thom’s last game of the year? He’s pretty much saying his goodbyes.

I would think pinch hitting Schebler for Turner would work here. I guess not with Price daydreaming in the dugout.

Im bad.

He's got football this weekend. We're not going to hear him during the playoffs are we?

Nice work from Cody Reed in the 8th. Thom with patronizing praise.

Uh what's there to be patient on, exactly? Knebel is nasty and has a 1.58 ERA.

He carves through the order and the Brewers win.

Reds now at 67-92 with 3 games to go. Will they make 95 losses?

Now, with three to go, I'd bet on a final record of 68-94 or .420 winning percentage. Let's give the genius a 3-year contract!

Today's Joe Nuxhall Star of the Game is Patrick Kivlehan, who was 2-for-4 with a solo HR and 2 runs scored.

I'm not happy with the way the season has gone but sometimes I wonder if some of you guys understand we are going through a rebuild of the entire organization.
It's not always gonna be like this.
The Reds are trying to build an entire organization that will be competitive every year.
Ya can't do that in two or three years. We are still rebuilding..
It would be stupid to go spend money on high priced Free Agents or Manager right now.
That would only put us in the same spot we've always been.. Hoping to get lucky for 1 maybe 2 years.

We need to have a chance to win every year. The Reds are building towards that we gotta be patient.
I'll be 64 yrs old soon, I've followed this team for as long as I can remember.
Seen more losing than winning in my life.
I Want them to have a chance to win the WS every year.
Let's give Management more than a year or two to make it happen.
I Trust Dick Williams.
I'm afraid I don't trust Ownership. I'm afraid they will cave in to the impatient fanbase.

Then I'll live out the rest of my days rootin for the oldest professional team in Baseball doin' what they've always done.
Lose or finish in the middle o the pack
I loved the 70's but we can't celebrate that short period of time forever. Hell I've loved this team all along but it's high time this club becomes competitive every year.
Sorry for the rant.. I'll root for the Reds till my last breath I guess..
I just wish people would pay attention and understand what the club is trying to do to make everything better in the long run with improvements that will last ..

Reds had a chance in the 6th to blow the game wide open and blew it. That was the ballgame. Romano was pretty good. He throws strikes and seems to have pretty good command. I would think he will be in the rotation next year barring a bad spring.

I didn't know Luke Farrell was the Red Sox manager's son until just a few days ago. That had to be an odd feeling for them last weekend.

I don't think I new about Front Row Amy until this season. I will have to watch more Brewer homes games in 2018. :)

Last weekend of the season. Even though its been another bad one I still hate to another season end.
