Here's the Reds lineup for todays game. This one is on MLBTV via the Angels network. I don't know if FSO is also carrying it. Sal Romano is getting the start on the hill for the Reds.

Billy Hamilton CF
Cliff Pennington SS
Joey Votto 1B
Eugenio Suarez 3B
Phil Gosselin DH
Scooter Gennett 2B
Tucker Barnhart C
Patrick Kivlehan RF
Ben Revere LF

Shohei Ohtani will be the DH for the Angels in this game according to the Reds Reporter blog.

I'm not gonna argue for or against Billy at the too if the order but that defense is invaluable and he needs to be in there somewhere in the lineup

Angel's broadcaster just clocked Romano's heater at 96. Err, make that 97.

Reds' shortstop makes another error on a routine grounder. Not Peraza. Not Senzel. Pennington this time. Dodged a bullet. Home run distance, but foul. Next pitch hits way up on the screen. Romano caught his spike on the offering. Next pitch is a gapper that rolls to the wall for a triple.

Romano getting hit in the 2nd a bit - I hope there wasn't a twisted ankle or anything on that stuck spike.

Pennington redeems himself. Are there any stats on the success of the contact play?

Pennington drops the ball on a routine hop. That runner eventually scores when the next better hits a triple.

However, he then catches a hard liner and turns it into a double play.

Took me a minute to remember that he doesn't play for the Angels.

Good news and bad news concerning Cody Reed's stint on the hill. Good news - two scoreless innings. Bad news - 4 hits and a walk.

I get the distinct impression that Vance Worley is not long for the Reds org.

Reds with a B game tomorrow. Finnegan and Lorenzen the starters.

According to radio announcers, Reds having trouble “getting” B games.

Hope the Nats show up on Opening Day.

He has no idea where the ball is going once it leaves his fingers. It looks like just throw hard and hope for good things.

I know it’s spring training and people don’t worry about stats too much. But are fielding errors something to be worried about at all. People make excuses for hitters and pitchers working on mechanical stuff, but most fielders will have been playing the same position a long time. Is it just rust or is there something in it?

Never mind, just seen the Reds are 14th in errors in ST.

Reminds me of the old Henny Youngman joke:

Q: How's your wife?
A: Relative to who?

Reds lose again fall to 3-8 on the spring. This losing even for spring training is getting old. They try again today against the Indians. The game is scheduled to be on FSO at 3 pm.
