Bailey pitching

The top of that order is delightful. For those of you not at work or who can otherwise see it, it is on MLB network at 4:00...

Let's hope Bailey pitches better and stays healthy

Agreed, the Reds do not need the pitchers' injuries to Mantiply.

outrageous play by Senzel on grounder fielded in foul territory beyond 3 base & throws out runner

but Trout had walked & a double follows the play by Senzel -- in other words -- Bailey looks bad again

Angels announcers just said it has been "a rough couple of decades for the Reds"

The announcers are talking about the Reds like they're a kinda sad struggling small college team that gets to play an exhibition game with the Angels

Schebler makes that catch btw.

Schebler makes that catch btw.

You mean the one that Winker didn’t get to?

Yeah, Bailey hasn’t been great but the Angels are running and the Reds aren’t fielding.

Yes the mighty Angels and their 1 World Championship and their albatross contract to AARP spokesperson Albert Pujols.

Bailey wasn’t great but he threw pretty well, I thought. Just shy of 70 pitches.

Looks like Amir G will be next man up.

Love the professional ABs the Reds have provided.

In the 3rd, Senzel ripped one for a RBI. Was looking to push it to a double, but he fell down. Like that aggressiveness.

What was undervalued there was Senzel taking third on Duvall's sacrifice fly. It didn't matter, but it was nice to see.

Love the D at 3B too. Three solid plays down there.

Don’t know about shortstop, but Senzel can play third.

Good inning for Garrett. And not against scrubs either.

bloop hit -- then Otahni flies out before a comebacker to Garrett --- but SS throws away the DP ball -- Flyout ends inning

Kivlehan tattooed that ball, but it was misplayed. Badly.

The wind made Hamilton struggle last inning.

Lots of hard hit balls

Blandino singles, and Kivlehan scores.

Reds faced John Lamb followed by Blake Wood. Can’t wait to see Rawley Eastwick pitch the ninth for the Angels.

Blandino's been solid in just 20 ABs.

Good to see.

I like him as a super sub guy as soon as the Super Two cut-off.

He can play all over the infield. I'd like to see him get some time in CF in AAA just to see if he can play there too.

Reed looks good in his appearance -- K's Ohtani

Reed looks good in his appearance -- K's Ohtani

A K, a weak pop-up to 1B Dixon, a Baltimore chop for a (questionable) IF single, and an absolutely tagged fly ball in the 8th.

A K, a weak can of corn, and another K (this one of Ohtani).

Five total balls in 20 pitches.

That was as dominating as Reed has looked in a long, long time.

A TOOTBLAN to end it.

Kivlehan should be fined by the Kangaroo Court for that one.
