Scooter inside outed a blooper to LF and off the bat you had blooper hope but for he majority of the ball travel everything about it looked to be a catch by the LF without much worry.....Joey was 1 step from 2nd instead of halfway and got doubled off by 15 feet to end inning

The only retractable roof stadiums I've been to are Lucas Oil and Miller Park. In both I felt boxed in. Miller Park is a nice stadium but I felt like I was in an old cookie cutter stadium. My favorite stadium that I've visited was Coors field, and a big part of that was watching the sunset over the Rockies. You can't have those type of views in a retractable roof stadium. Maybe some day they'll figure out a way to make a retractable roof stadium with a view, but until then I'd rather have an open stadium with the occasional weather issue.

On the other hand I understand what you're saying. And with tv contracts becoming more and more important I could see teams taking steps to avoid weather delays. Including more retractable roof stadiums.

It’s an all around epic fail. From the FO to the manager. Anyone with eyes has known Gallardo has been done for literally years. It’s astounding the Reds signed him.
