Schebler had a good game at lead off so he’s now the lead off hitter. Reds are pretty funny some times.

Winker should be the lead off hitter. He gets on base more.

I wish they would put Eugenio Suarez back there like at the start of the season.

Put the four best hitters in the four top spots in whatever order.

It's super annoying because going with Winker and Schebler in the corners and trading Hamilton and Duvall in the offseason, both of whom we heard were on the block, made all the sense in the world at my estimation. Yet here we are with Duvall and Hamilton barely able to contribute a thing and looking more and more like non-tender candidates at the end of the year. These are the things you need to get right when you're rebuilding.

Too many G.M.'s think they have to "win" every deal, which is why they get nothing done. That's Walt. They instead should be making deals with only one premise in mind: "Does this make our organization better?"
