there's also a B game against Cleveland today with Robert Stephenson appearing for the first time this spring. Votto will lead off every inning.

If you're looking on Gameday they just count all outs/hits as being on the first pitch, all strikeouts as 3 pitches, all walks as 4 pitches, etc. So no.

Yep, but it was a fairly low number of pitches

Senzel just doubled in Votto in the B game.

Good that Senzel got the double. I have been wondering about injury and time off affecting his hitting. 0BB to 8K this spring. I know small sample size. Plus he is not a power guy yet (15 HR power at this stage) good to see some xbh

It was about 10 pitches that inning

3 for 3. Gray has another easy 1-2-3

Needed 11 pitches to get through the 3rd inning. trouble throwing the curve for strikes

gameday says he's thrown 11 pitches for 11 strikes (and 9 outs).

Is that true?

What injury? He missed one because because his hammy was "sore".

Lorenzen comes in and the game is tied. Wonder if he'll see more time in CF today

If nothing else, Ervin has proven he can get hot and carry a team for a little while.

Guy should be on a major league team, but the Reds are currently stacked with OF better than he.

We probably have 2 less OF next year....so we need to hang on to him. One last year bouncing between AAA and MLB

Jose Peraza took his first walk of the 2019 pre-season.

He has yet to strike out.

Senzel with a double and a triple in the B game. This team's offense is exciting

Stupid question:

Do B Games count statistically?

Reshard Munroe is playing in LF and Google tells me that he is indeed a real person

Stupid question:

They should as there are no "real" stats to screw up.

Who was Senzel hitting against?

It was B squad for the Indians. Not sure who exactly.

Well Votto was leading off every single inning so that's not exactly fair.
