Dietrich has a reputation as a terrible fielder. Probably worse than I thought. Maybe he's the guy on the bubble when Senzel comes up. Didn't think so before, but maybe it's true. Kyle Farmer may be a sleeper for PAs at 2B.

I never remember balls being lost in the sun like this yr. What makes Arizona sun worse than Cincinnati?

And on an unrelated note, has there been any talk about the Reds baserunning this Spring? It's been horrible and needs to be addressed.

I don't see that as likely. I'm not sure of his exact salary, but paying him around two million for two weeks wouldn't be a smart move. If you think he is that bad you should just cut ties with him now, but I think in the Reds opinion his bat is worth having on the bench with the occasional start. I agree.
