Well, that probably would have been the opening day lineup for 2017 or 2016.

No they didn't. They won a one-game playoff vs. the Yankees for the AL East title, then lost in the ALCS to the White Sox.

Thanks for the correction. I’ll still take that from these bleeping guys this year.

4 innings 4 K's for Disco's final tuneup. Only 44 pitches though. I wonder about the thought process there, but he should be fresh next week.

Zach Duke in to pitch the 5th inning.

Braves get a single an out an E5 runners on 2nd and 3rdto start the 9th. Now a BB to load the bases with one out.

I know it doesn’t count, but it seems the Reds have blown a lot of games this spring. I hope that’s not a harbinger of things to come.

It seems as if they're using the end of the games to get guys innings. Then again, the pen hasn't looked great as a whole.

Ya gotta keep in mind that the Reds played and pitched their minor league guys more than their major league players all spring. The kid that loaded the bases and gave up the Grand Slam today is a AAA pitcher.

The Reds lost only two more games than the world champion Redsox this spring. Let’s see where we are at the end of May.

Thanks Ron. Living in So. Indiana, I'm a long time Bats season tix holder. He "retired" last year and in the final game of the season played all 9 positions. I guess he "un-retired" or he got a one game call up for an extra body in todays game?? IDK?? Good for Hernan either way...class act and could always hit.

All he can do is get left handers out. I doubt he lasts the yr in the major leagues

Let's hope the spring record is no indication of how the 2019 season will unfold. If it is we are in for another 90+ loss season. :yikes:

I assume you are kidding, ST W-L means absolutely nothing.
