I would be surprised if this game ever starts. Shame too, been anxious for Reds baseball for months. Just have to wait extra day I guess.

Looks like most of the rain is north of the stadium.

Vaccinations are important so you don't catch Bauer

There won't be any baseball being played today folks. I'm downtown and it's been unrelenting all day, and looks to be the same until early Sunday.

Also, calling for thunderstorms starting around early-evening.

No expected start time? Reds basically saying “play by ear”. I always thought The Reds should have built a retractable roof stadium. Ask the Brewers how good it has worked for them. Win or losing teams their attendance is very good.

Yeah, it would help on rainy days or super hot/cold days, but it just doesn’t feel like baeball. I like the open air view in the outfield. Plus who enjoys watching games from Milwaukee or Miami...it always looks dark and dreary. Something about the lighting.

The hundreds of millions it would have cost for a retractable roof doesn’t justify the 2 or 3 days it is needed.

Memorial day. A Double header on Memorial Day is almost like heaven. Too bad it's not one ticket for both games like the old days.

They could leave half open all through the humid summer and call it "The Terrarium".

Some cities like Seattle need one, not Cincinnati so much

They just need a really big umbrella.

Hmmm... I may have just had my Memorial Day plans made for me!

We always planned our trips to Cincy around the DH’s in the 70’s and 80’s...

I think we just need Gulliver to toss a big freaking tarp over the top of GABP.

Rats! (pardon my language...)

The saddest day of the baseball season (the off-day following Opening Day) is followed by a rainout. We want our baseball!!!!!

Looks like the rain will clear out by tomorrow. That's the good news. The bad news is that the high for tomorrow will be in the upper 30s to lower 40s.

That’s March baseball for you.
