They should be back to back to attempt to kill the same inning rather than two separate innings. But you certainly don't want to kill the same inning that the top part of the order is batting! So you don't put either of them in the #9 spot!

It’s not a stat play it’s a judgment. Lorenzen’s always going to go. Bader loves making the plays on the Reds.

It’s a judgment play based on what you feel his chances of scoring is. Which makes it a percentage decision.

It took a perfect throw to get him, so I would judge he’d score about 50% of the time.
