radar is showing rain until just about 5 pm. then there should be at least a 2-hour window without rain from 5-7. then nothing but rain all the way through tomorrow night. if they don't play today, no chance at a doubleheader tomorrow. in fact, i'll be surprised if they can play at all tomorrow.

Postpone the game before starters start throwing or play through it. You can’t postpone a game 8 minutes before it’s supposed to start. Just because it’s a shortened season doesn’t mean you can change all the rules all of a sudden. Figure it the f*** out. First you move the damn

Game up 5 hours the day before. Then you let starters get hot for the game and then delay it 8 minutes before game time. Never in my ten year career have I seen something so amateur. Not in the minor leagues. Not in the big leagues. Never saw it even in college. @MLB

Man, I know this start has been painful, but I want to see a season played out.
If nothing else, if the entire year goes bad, it puts the front office in the hot seat.
If the season is canceled, the front office basically gets a free pass and can tell us for the
next 10 years "well ,we tried in 2020, not our fault the season got canceled. Now we have

While I can understand being negative about the Reds given their bad start to this season, I'm just happy that any games were/are being played. A month or so ago, a lot of people on here had no hope that any games were going to be played. I saw a lot of people express the notion that they would enjoy baseball no matter the outcome just to have it in their lives again this year.

To add cover to the conspiracy, they had the starters go ahead and warm up. I would have thought they would get the teams to the ballpark early so they could sit and pick their best window, and then if they couldn't get the game in, they could carryover what they did play to tomorrow.
