That was a really high throw by Tucker. To get catch it and then get the tag down that quickly was fantastic. He then had to watch the very speedy Allen potentially running home.

Agree to disagree on this one. Would I prefer it to be a 4 year deal with no opt out? Yes. Am I glad heís on the team? Yes. Do I think he would be on the Cubs or Rangers or someone else if the reds didnít agree to this deal as is? Yes.

Could be, my feeling is that everyoneís got their number and if the Reds met his, heíd be here either way, but weíll never know for sure. Donít get me wrong, Iím definitely glad to have him here no matter what. Don’t get me wrong, I’m definitely glad to have him here no matter what. I guess it’s just kind of the frustration of the whole pandemic stuff kicking in that it might only be for this one clown shoes ass season.

Keep in mind the Reds signed Moustakas 2 months before Castellanos. They also signed Shogo about a month before Cast.

In my opinion they signed Castellanos to this deal because he was available and he spent the whole offseason looking for a major deal and it wasn’t there. This was a way for him to sign a 1 year deal to prove himself while having protection. I guarantee this is the only way he was going to sign with the reds unless they have him 4-5 years at like $100 million or more. Which wasn’t going to happen and we all know it.

The cast signing was the reds taking advantage of an unexpected opportunity.

It's cute how posters like that seem to disappear when the Reds take a lead and hold on for a win. But that's always been a RedsZone game thread tradition. Some people aren't happy unless they're miserable.

I think this is pretty much a tradition of every sports teams fans since the internet was invented. Frustration gets the better of you and you don't have to wait until the weekend to meet up before a game to air your opinion and you can air opinions which your friends would just laugh at. Isn't technology wonderful.

Suarez is frustrated too, but it's only been ten games, and he certainly isn't the first established player getting off to slow start.

I think a few of our players who are under-performing will come good. Just got to keep sneaking the W's until they do. Think i'm more worried about our bullpen but even they looked decent last night from watching the recaps.

To me that means they are simply trolling and scamper when the Reds win.
