I really think this Twins series, with the atmosphere of playoffs, is a decent window into what the Reds can or can't do in the post season. They come out and play lights out against a very good Twins team I think they keep going in post season as well no matter whom they play. The pitching should keep them in every game unless the bull pen explodes. Reds blow this up and lose 2 of three and limp in not a good sign. Get the pitching and some hits or blasts they can play with anyone especially if the pen proves good.

I think we have enough bad defenders(Votto, Winker) that can be good DHs.

Larger OF, Shogo doesn’t cover CF as well as Senzel or Goodwin. Particularly with Mahle, a fly ball pitcher.

And Shogo is much better in LF than Aquino, from what I’ve seen.
