Who goes down Friday for Gray. There is a bunch of candidates. I would guess since he has options it will be DeLeon. Doubt they would DFA Bedrosian yet.
I imagine before the season is over very good chance they go from three LHP in the pen to one. I can see Perez being sent out soon and by end of May a DFA on Doolittle.

But there is a valid point to be made. The best managers tend to make the best judgments. Doesn’t mean they are oracles. But they know their personnel.

The best managers might not put Cionel Perez in a tie game, for example, until he shows a little control.
