So the point of moving Suarez was to get India into the lineup, and more offense from the SS position. The downside was supposed to be Suarez’s defense.

India hasn’t been all that impressive, and Suarez has been terrible at the plate so far, but his defense has been much better than expected.

I doubt Antone comes back out next inning. If he does and one batter gets on Bell will pull him. I mean I don't disagree with the double switch there. As long as he lets Antone pitch the next inning. But they have L,S,L handed coming up. So he may go with Garrett or Perez or Doolittle.
