I was wondering that too. Friedl's bat was a big part of yesterday's win and he has been showing signs of improvement. We know exactly what we have in AA and it's a guy who should be on the bench. They really need Naquin back.

He had a nice slide to score, sliding feet first. Before he lost all his momentum and tried to plant his foot and get up and it looked to me like his knee buckled a bit, so I was thinking an ACL, and a strained calf from what I saw seems a bit strange.

To me, Exit Velocity is a very overrated stat. A team can hit several balls over 105 mph and get zero runs but hit several under 60 mph and score.
